1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the SCT Global Leaders website and enquiries directed to SCT Global Leaders. References to “SCT”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean SCT Global Leaders. Our published contact address is contact@sctgloballeaders.com. Our registered office is FDBC3954, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
2. Information you choose to provide
The website enquiry form does not submit information to or store information on the website. It formats the details you enter and opens an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you review that email and press Send.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, which may include your name, company, work contact details, market of interest, and initial business brief. Do not include CVs, candidate personal data, special-category data, or commercially sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
3. Technical information
Our hosting, network, and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, time, and security signals. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive technical connection information when those fonts load. SCT does not currently use a website analytics or advertising tracker in the published application.
4. Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, assess whether a requested service falls within our Downstream or Chemicals scope, arrange an initial conversation, maintain business correspondence, protect the website and communications, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
5. Who may receive information
Information is not sold. It may be handled by personnel supporting SCT and by service providers needed for website hosting, security, email, messaging, and professional advice. Email and WhatsApp communications are also subject to the practices of the provider you choose to use. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid authority.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the conversation, business administration, security, dispute management, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the communication. Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no website, email service, messaging service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International processing
Website, email, and messaging providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, SCT will use the measures available and appropriate to the relevant service and processing activity.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about information held in relation to your enquiry and request correction, deletion, restriction, or cessation of relevant processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Send requests to contact@sctgloballeaders.com. We may need enough information to verify and respond to the request.
9. External links
The site links to external services, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Fonts, and Lubricant Specialists. Their own privacy terms apply after you use those services.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, enquiry process, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
